Priority Freight is a leading global logistics and freight company providing transport services to numerous market-leading international companies, across multiple industry sectors. Priority Freight’s overarching goal is to be Europe’s leading provider of emergency and time-critical logistics solutions by 2020.
To achieve these ambitions, the development of marketing and communications is a high priority. The brief to us was simple: create a marketing and communications strategy that clearly positions Priority Freight as market leaders, helps them win new customers and grow their revenue.

It was great to see the whole account management team from Zest going the extra mile and giving up their Saturdays to ensure the event went smoothly. A strategy with impact
Working as an extension to Priority Freight’s team, we worked closely to devise and deliver a new annual marketing plan. We commenced the plan by evolving the new Priority Freight brand and created new guidelines to support the delivery of a consistent and highly professional looking brand across all marketing collateral.
Following the cementing of Priority Freight’s brand identity, we created an engaging content strategy which could be used throughout online platforms. This was tied in to deliver targeted PR in the form of press releases, case studies, thought leadership, whitepapers and e-newsletters.
We also supported Priority Freight with the planning and execution of exhibition promotions, events and activities, such as their 20th Anniversary where we organised a carnival-themed event for employees and internal stakeholders.
Building brand profile and internal relations
Our PR and content management gained significant coverage in national and specialist sector titles including The Guardian, Automotive Logistics, Logistics Business Magazine and Automotive Supply Chain.
The event management of Priority Freight’s 20th Anniversary was a huge success with an 80% attendance rate and our client telling us it was a ‘first class event’ and ‘the staff feedback all week has been unanimous in its praise’.
