Scale and perception
Always truly immersing ourselves in a client brand, we started our transformational journey with a discovery workshop to enable us to create a new strategy to help them achieve their long-term brand objectives.
Initially we developed a temporary holding website highlighting top-level company information whilst commencing the journey of working on the Optimum brand.
Working around their current logo, we evolved their brand further to create a fresh and exciting new look, focusing on the concept of ‘scale and perception’; scale of the quality of work and perception of what Optimum achieves for clients. Encompassing Optimum’s core values, we developed a new tone of voice, extended their colour palette and created full brand guidelines.
Culture and personality
With the newly evolved brand, the website was then also designed with a focus on the ‘scale and perception’ theme, placing staff at the forefront of Optimum’s service delivery whilst highlighting the impressive buildings they work on. Stunning natural staff headshots were also taken to truly capture the company’s culture and individuals’ personalities.
To fully understand customers’ perception, we carried out satisfaction research with key clients, covering the Optimum brand, staff and service perception. The research findings have proven pivotal to developing Optimum’s marketing strategy moving forward with better planning for current and future communications.
