Our work with Think Press has grown and evolved so much over the years, because we started way back when

Yeah that’s it – and we worked with them on the brand for The Juice Executive – their white label, organic cold pressed juice brand.
Helen
It was a beautiful project that one, giving them a strong brand to enable them to sell into top London food halls - a ‘Boden’ feel, to show quality and capability – but also to allow brands to customise the product.
Victoria
But that’s so far from where we are now, and what we’re talking about today isn’t it?


Helen
Working with Alex, the MD has always been incredibly refreshing – we’ve flexed to suit her business, and always been very open about how and where our expertise is needed. Once the branding was done for The Juice Exec, it was time to start looking at how we could help improve sales across Think Press (100% raw, organic juice cleanse) and Radiance (high-end fresh juice cleanse service).

Our discovery session had really shown us that there was huge room for growth with Think Press, and the market was ready to hear more about it.

It’s been really interesting for me getting under the skin of this one, with the team, to see how we can make incremental changes, improving things as we go, to make it work.

The culture at Zest promotes an adaptive approach. All clients need a slightly different fit and your team are committed, but also good-natured enough to flex and adapt to this, rather than having a specific way of working which can come across as a 'typical agency personality'.

Naturally! So practically speaking, we started by looking at the campaigns that they had already started running for TP….and Gareth worked his magic.
Gareth
Yeah, just like that – clicked my fingers and here we are. No, as with all these things, it takes a lot of digging around getting into the industry and the marketplace. Understanding who the audience is, how they engage, why they engage, and agreeing how we will take them through the trusty old sales funnel – to purchase.
Victoria
Which is the ultimate goal of course – but it was always so important with this one that we got the brand right – the tone, the creative treatment, differentiating Think Press from the rest, was vital. I mean, the client started this business all by herself, from her parents garage years ago – so we’re really dealing with her baby here.
Hayley
Yeah and we’ve taken really good care of it over the years.
Victoria
It was also clear, that part of the customer journey that needed addressing was the website, so the team built a stunning new site that streamlined the process, and really made the product shine.



Gareth
After the site launched, we saw an increase of 229% in organic traffic, giving an increase in organic sales of a massive 166% compared to the old site.
Hayley
That is amazing, but the best thing is that is gives us such a strong basis to grow the campaign performance too – there’s no point in crafting the perfect digital campaign if the point of purchase isn’t up to standard.
Gareth
I love working on this account because it’s built on such strong foundations of collaboration and trust. The client trusts our recommendations wholeheartedly.

That’s because we can back them up with clear demonstrable results.

Talking of which, in 2018, we helped total revenue for ThinkPress increase by 108%. Since then, we’ve worked really closely as a team, with the client – and the other experts within the agency, to get to this stage.

Drum roll……

2020 saw total revenue for Think Press Increase 198% year on year.
