A haven for wine lovers
67 Pall Mall is a private members’ club with a difference.
Founded by wine lovers, for wine lovers, the club offers over 4,400 wines from 42 countries, with more than 800 available by the glass – the most in the world.
We’ve been working together over the past 6 months to help the club launch their new digital presence, timed to coincide with the international expansion of the brand with the opening of 67 Singapore.
A relationship built on trust
Based just a short walk away from our own central London office, our relationship began over a year ago through a chance meeting after we presented at a technology event.
Conversations developed over the months that followed, and we soon took control of their existing website to help out with a few membership and site performance issues.
As often happens, a close working relationship helped trust to develop, and we were soon asked to begin the process of refreshing their digital presence.
And not a drop of wine passed our lips in that time, promise.
The finished website helps to showcase the clubs in all their glory.
Fine architecture and sumptuous interiors. Superb dining experiences. A surprisingly large range of educational events. And of course the wine…
One of the keys to the success of the website is how it supports the 3000+ members, with seamless integration with back end systems that allow members to view menus, explore the enormous wine collection, and book events online.
Looking to the future
The new website is only just the beginning for what is an incredibly digitally forward-thinking members’ club.
As the brand expands globally, we are supporting them in marketing their clubs to a global audience, translating the site into Chinese first, and then French, and rolling out an increasing volume of content and paid events, with online events management soon in place.
And after that, 2020 should feature the launch of the 67 Members’ mobile app, with a focus on developing greater community engagement.
The future looks rosé.
