Zest were approached by The Royal Pavilion in Brighton to work with them on a creative campaign paired a tactical message to give the visitor attraction new stand out. The Pavilion had experienced a fall in visitor numbers and were struggling to hit their high targets.
Zest produced the “By George” campaign which gave way for the stunning imagery of the Royal Pavilion to take the lead on the campaign. Each advert was supported with a tactical message tailored around three main audiences – local residents, tourists who have decided to visit Brighton and the London tourist.
A local campaign was defined for the creative, which ran across lamp post banners, digital screen and station ad-gates as well as various poster formats.
As part of this creative update Zest were asked to redesign the Royal Pavilion visitor leaflet to reflect the “By George” campaign and showcase some of the imagery featured in the campaign.
The initial feedback was that The Royal Pavilion saw an increase in visitors following the “By George” campaign. Zest are eagerly awaiting the final numbers.
