Driving awareness of Betteshanger Park

Zest the Agency were approached by Betteshanger Park to create a marketing campaign raising awareness of their new facilities. The aim was to appeal to a diverse audience and effectively convey the core message of energy. The campaign’s aim was to drive visitation numbers, generate additional revenue and ultimately position Betteshanger Park as a must-visit destination.

Creative rebrand during transition

We proposed a fresh creative route that used the existing elements of the Betteshanger Park brand, but brought in an injection of energy.  Taking a strategic integrated marketing view, we aimed to make the temporar site more of a ‘park’, focusing on the front of the hoarding inside and outside the current visitor centre and signage.

Impactful and informative leaflets were created to let visitors know that the park is very much open with many events taking place. All branding took a cohesive look and feel, the customer journey starting with newly designed leaflets delivered to family homes in the area during this time of transition.

We also managed the content and scheduling of targeted Facebook ads to drive ticket sales for specific events on the Betteshanger Park website.

The Results

Betteshanger were thrilled with their new literature and on-site branding, as evidenced by their complimentary posts on Facebook.

We are now undertaking further development for full site wayfinding and visitor navigation, including all signage and installation.
