It’s that time again – we’re on the lookout!

But this time, we’re looking for two – yes two –  individuals who can make us that little bit more awesome.

We’re a crack team of marketeers, with combined skills across brand, campaign, digital, media, PR and social, working together to bring businesses closer to their audiences.

People matter to us more than anything,  whether that’s our clients, our staff, or those people that we are aiming to engage for our clients.

Client services

We’re looking for a client service professional with solid agency experience. You’ll need to be confident in dealing with all aspects of account handling, from proposal writing, and pitching, to presenting, scheduling and invoicing. Our clients vary, as do the industries in which we operate, so you’ll need to flexible, hands-on, proactive and, of course, fun.

As a truly integrated agency, we’ll expect you to have a level of understanding across all disciplines, but rest assured, our experts are there to deliver – you just need to be able to pull together a delivery team across the relevant services, and ensure that we’re doing the very best for our clients. 

Office manager/administrator

We may be lovely, but we’re not always the most organised bunch, and we need someone who can help us stay in good shape, keep the office ticking over, and make sure the things that need to happen get done.

It’s not just office management skills we’re looking for, we want someone who will bring that little bit extra to what we do – organise our new business workflows, develop our customer database, research potential clients, recruit speakers for our events, welcome clients to the agency. Whatever it might be that you’re good at and that supports the wider team.

Both roles will be based in our main office in Lords Wood, with occasional trips to our London office. Flexible hours are the norm here, so we’re open to whatever works for you, as long as a basic number of normal working hours are done.
