Our newly formed Strategy and Research team is tasked with working with clients to advise and implement business, marketing and customer facing strategy. To ensure that compelling marketing strategies are supported by primary or secondary research to enable informed decisions and a true understanding of performance.

As the Business and Data Analysis Consultant you will work with a range of customers to design and develop business insights for action. Both analysing market opportunity and understanding marketing effectiveness, across all possible channels.

You will have strong track record in market and business analysis, with experience of using analytical tools in digital, social and physical environments. You will be very familiar with marketing KPIs, NPS, Customer Satisfaction measures and will have some experience of social listening, social analytics and brand performance analysis.

You will also be confident to support and drive business development initiatives, as well as shaping and evolving our client propositions.

So what will you do?

-Support and direct client work from initial contacts, through proposal writing and into implementation.

-Provide expert insight and advisory support on Business, Market and Customer performance to all Agency clients.

-Design and execute compelling market research programmes on behalf of customers.

-Design and execute primary market research campaigns-

-Provide adaptive ways to conduct customer research to inform customer marketing strategies and decision making.

-Work with a range of market research sources to provide customer, competitor, market, product and service analysis.

-Use a range of tools to process large volumes of data and present simple and engaging infographics that are easily accessible by clients.

Essential Skills:

Ability to design, develop and deliver primary and secondary market research.

-Business and market data modelling and analytical skills, including data visualisation and infographic design.

-Technically proficient: SEO, Google Analytics, Social Analytics, Social Listening (e.g. Crimson Hexagon, Brandwatch), Excel, Venngage, Visme, Survey Monkey.

-Understanding of free and paid for market research sources.

-Strong commercial and business development skills.

-Understanding of all customer interactions whether face to face, media, digital or social interactions.

-Analysis & synthesis: ability to interpret and make strong recommendations from the results of customer insight, behavioural and transaction data analysis.

-Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills.

-Organised, with strong planning and multitasking capability.

Desirable:

-Graduate calibre with proven and demonstrable experience in leading transformative service initiatives across a range of service channels.

-Experience of designing and implementing working methods.
